Attached is a draft document that we will be submitting to the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council tomorrow.
If you would like to join in this submission to the WHEJAC, please respond to this email as soon as possible with exactly how you would like your name and/or organization to be listed. We will need your information by 3:30pm tomorrow (Wednesday, March 25th).
The draft is somewhat similar to the white paper that we submitted last week to the FCC, but shorter and includes proposed metrics for measuring cumulative impact on the EMS disabled.
There will be a second submission draft for a different agency tomorrow morning which will be sent to you in a subsequent email.
