Stephen Diaz
Gavin: A Moment of Remembrance
Stephen was one of the lead counsel who successfully argued the 2019 United Keetoowah decision where the court struck down the FCC's categorical exemption of 5G cells from environmental review, and which reinstated the requirement for the FCC to engage in environmental review of 5G cells under NEPA
(National Environmental Policy Act).
It was suggested that this occasion raises an “honoring" opportunity, perhaps a scholarship fund dedicated to telecommunications health to sponsor law students wanting to attend law school for the purpose of advocating
for healthy telecommunications.
