- Brain Tumor Cases in Court: Compliments of Cece Doucette and Ellie Marks The important legal case, Murray v. Motorola began evidentiary hearings will potentially run through September 30th (case no. 2001 CA 008479 B in D.C. Superior Court). This lawsuit was filed in 2001 by a group of plaintiffs who got brain cancer from their cell phones. The defendants are virtually the entire telecommunications industry and they have delayed this hearing time and again. After 21
years it is finally going to trial. The hearings begin at 9:30 a.m. ET, the public can listen in to this historic case: 844-992-4726, Meeting ID 129 685 3445#, then press # again if asked for another code.
- Hunter Lundy is lead counsel and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is co-counsel. They did a fascinating 40-minute interview this summer to share the facts on this and a similar lawsuit, including how Kennedy's uncle Ted suffered a fatal cell phone tumor too. Please
share and post on social media.
- You can see an article on CHD's website about this trial here: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/lawsuit-cellphone-brain-cancer-jury-trial/
- Ellie Marks and Kevin Kunze recently started a weekly podcast called "The Cellular Podcast"!
- “Each week we are releasing interviews about the
issue. The first episode is with a cell phone radiation tester. This Friday we'll feature Gavin Newsom's interview. Our ask for supporters is that people check it out and share it but specifically we're hoping folks can give us a rating and write a review. This helps us get out to the masses more because it helps the algorithm.”

- Possible Rebuttal
Items?
- Senate Hearing on Wireless SpectrumPolicy advocates, industry stakeholders, and government officials testified at a Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Subcommittee on Communications, Media, and Broadband hearing on the future of commercial spectrum for broadband and telecommunications. The witnesses all urged Congress to extend the FCC’s spectrum auction authority in order for the U.S. to remain a global leader in communications
innovation. Topics included the impact of tax policy, increased broadband access, coordination among government agencies, and defining the utilization of spectrum and broadband as an integral public commodity.
- Industry Tripe: Nutrition Facts article – https://nutritionfacts.org/2022/09/13/emf-sensitivity-put-to-thetest/?mc_cid=5d21ed2e6d&mc_eid=f1f0ef605c (Donna Ott, Nancy Van Dover, and Lisa Smith offered to collaborate for a rebuttal on this)
SPEAKERS/GUESTS - Donna Ott spoke regarding trying to get EMS accommodations in
Cardiac Care in hospitals as well as in nursing homes. She said they're having better luck in nursing homes.
- Donna also talked about the US Access Board meeting she attended in which she was able to get her comment into the record. The message she received was "they don't have the authority to make recommendations to help us and that has to come from congress in order for them to make recommendations to help us."
- Donna spoke with Bruce Bailey who is IT with the Federal Access Board and was skeptical and questioned the validity of the EMS disability and the need for accessibility.
- Jenny gave an update on the towers approved under the Coronavirus Emergency Ordinance in her county and urged us to FOIA in our localities to see if this has happened. A second FOIA revealed that nine (very tall) towers were approved by one individual under a section of this ordinance, one of which is slated to go on the school property where her kid's are enrolled. Some interesting things
Jenny found out that could be happening by you are:
- 99-year leases for these towers
- 199' (197' + 2' lightening rod) five ring towers in places where this is not necessary and doesn't fill the need they're saying it's for
- Telecom talking points used across the board - "A tower is needed to be able to access emergency services," and "You're safer on the ground near a tower."
- Invoking this ordinance
bypassed planning, zoning, architectural review, environmental and community impact reviews, and public comment/notice.
- Did this happen in your County?
- Eva Bortnick spoke about the EO signed by Biden to advance the Bioeconomy, Biotechnology,
and Biomanufacturing - and the radiation that is necessary to make this bio-economy possible. Part of this initiative is also a flagship program of HARPA, SAFE HOME, short for Stopping Aberrant Fatal Events by Helping Overcome Mental Extremes. SAFE HOME would suck up masses of private data from “Apple Watches, Fitbits, Amazon Echo, and Google Home” and other consumer electronic devices, as well as information from six health-care providers to determine if an individual
might be likely to commit a crime. The data would be analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms “for early diagnosis of neuropsychiatric violence.” See the attached document from Eva and these links below:
