Hi again, ,
Our apologies; we are resending this email with the position paper this time because the document exceeded the attachment file size

These are draft comments and a draft position paper (incorporated into the comments) to respond to the Upper Delaware Council's skepticism
addressed at advocates of health impacts from wireless radiation. Here's our chance to show our support for our fellow advocates.
I spent a fair amount of time developing arguments on cell fires, collapses and other calamities caused by wireless
infrastructure.
Please provide any edits, etc. Text in yellow means that I'm not sure whether to
include or asking for references. Footnotes will be fixed to eliminate duplicative successive references, once all edits are in.
Please send me your edits by next Wednesday, August 10th. I will send this out shortly thereafter, by Friday, August
12th.
Also, please let us know if you want to join on these comments.
Although this deals with NY, it is a scenic area designated by the federal government and should remain wireless free. We also want to show that groups around the country are also interested in this issue.
