Hi ,

Also, Larry Ortega shared a recent article he wrote regarding the Los
Angeles County Board of Supervisors passing an ordinance modification that green lights un-permitted, no notice, wireless proliferation...the wireless companies dream come true.

An update on Larry's City Council Race: He came in 2nd in his race for city council (2 person race, tongue in cheek) - he says much was learned though, so no
regrets!
Based on our last email - We've also re-attached Nancy's
public comment to the Illinois Endangered Species Protection Board (ESPB) meeting in August. Her intention was to plant a seed about the effects of RFR on wildlife, plants, and engage the Board to take action steps to protect wildlife and use NEPA as one of the tools to get regulations in place for wildlife. Now, the board will hear Theodora Scarato speak at their meeting on this very topic today (see our last email for details).
We hope to see you
soon!
Sincerely,
Jenny
