EPA Comments - Sign on needed by 10pm EST today latest

Hello Everyone,

The deadline to submit comments to EPA is today. The EPA wants to fund wireless structures on residential rooftops using the moneys from the Inflation Reduction Act. These comments argue against that from many angles. I just finished with this almost final draft.

Theses comments are in substantially final form, although formatting and some slight edits still need to be done.

If you would like to sign on, please do so no later than 10pm EST today and indicate:

If you would like to submit your own comments, here's the info from last week's agenda:

• Dec 5, 2022, EPA seeking public comment on greenhouse gas reduction program - Request for Information (RFI) on the design of the $27 billion fund to deploy zero-emissions projects and technologies across the country for the competitive Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund program.

https://www.regulations.gov/docket/EPA-HQ-OA-2022-0859
The EPA is seeking public input on key program design questions:
(1) How to define “low-income and disadvantaged communities?”
(2) Which projects should be eligible for funding based on their potential to deliver greenhouse gas reductions and benefits to communities?
(3) How to use the GHG Reduction fund resources to spur substantial investments to achieve the President’s goal of a 50 percent reduction of emissions by 2030?

Many thanks,
Odette
