Hi , Here is the replay of the 2/3 National Call for Safe Technology: https://youtu.be/zbdMeDPFHS0 ACTION ITEMS / EVENTS / UPDATES Please see attached agenda update. We had so much great discussion on the call that we
didn't get to the action items/updates from the agenda! SPEAKERS / GUESTS - Kirstin Beatty - lasttreelaws.com
(Massachusetts) - Talked about Petitions and Campaigns.
- Here are a few links from the campaign in Massachusetts for a petition for a ballot question for
limits:
- Ruth Moss - 5G Westchester - is a writer and is always thinking about how
to get the message out regarding this issue. Ruth had an idea to create a card that she can carry in her wallet regarding EMS see attached (need new one) - in order to let people know in establishments/businesses/public that she may need accommodations (while educating at the same time)
- We had a great discussion about this idea and Ruth welcomes feedback
- During the discussion, Nancy VanDover mentioned this document (printable)
- Miguel Coma (electrical engineer) lives in Brussels - Speaker, Teacher,
Writer, IT Architect, Politic, and an Academic:
- Michael said the EU mandated the 5G rollout for all the member states and that Brussels never had a
moratorium because that was not the question posed during the Citizens Council Meeting in 2021 in Brussels.
- He was at this meeting and says the actual question asked was along the lines of: How do you want to
deploy 5G?
- He says a university (we didn't catch which one - possibly the Univeristy of Luton??) did a study was
assessing the life-cycle of digital devices and they produced a study which showed one of the biggest IoT issue is actually the enormous amount of energy used to manufacture billions of devices to be IoT ready.
- Miguel says he will join us on a future call to present more
- Lenka Kabilka - gave an update on Starry
- Half of Starry operation is under experimental licenses - 65K licenses operating in major cities in radius of 40 kilometers and they do not have to disclose the sites within this radius - can put up unlimited numbers because there is no control and no one can even say where they are located - operate in frequencies from 38.6Ghz to 60 Ghz - hey buy themselves a certain territory under a certain frequency
- FCC said "we cannot go and measure at every single house - check with your doctor your health condition may be coming from your own pre-existing condition" t
- Lenka says to find out if there are the proper permits and licenses and equipment they're operating
under because we may find that these companies are illegally operating - Under "limited market trial"
- Starry wants to settle with Lenka because she caught them operating illegally. Lenka needs to
know what cases can she look at as a guideline for her in this situation?
- We have to do something about experimental licenses FCC is allowing - there is no oversight. Need
document on this to send out to advocates across the country.
- Nicholas Martin - gave an update from UK - Nicholas runs a similar group
to this one in the UK which has three local counsel members on call at the moment - and they have a subcommittee who has sent out FOIA to 330 local counsels and are educating local governments on European legislation regarding 5G masts and more.
- As a counsel member - Nicholas had access to an Ericcson antenna design and saw that the output in
nearfield was 87,000 times ICNRP guidelines. Output is 389 kilowatts of antenna in "attack" mode (potential) - is this 5th generation warfare? Mary Bauer offered to view and break down the antenna info and we will distribute!
- Also, Monday and Tuesday there was a hearing in London Courts on issue of 5G - Michael Mansfield case
(British Human rights lawyer).
- Fred Sinclair gave an update on Alfred, NY (Everything can be found here regarding this situation: https://townofalfred.com/)
- Crown Castle/TMobile put up antennas even though they were supposed to do specific reviews first and
it's now in the hands of the town attorney who is in communications with TMobile attorneys - they're saying the Flower decision doesn't apply, and they have authorization to do minor change & that they have permission from FCC and they are denying info of changes of power, frequencies, radiated power, etc.
- A Full blown seeker analysis has been Accepted and published it under NYS Seeker law - and the town of
Alfred acknowledges may have significant impact in myriad of areas - now they must do an environmental impact statement. Application of Seeker has not been done yet before!
ADDITIONAL ITEMS - Shared by Frances Reed: This link is an explanation by
a man working in Canada to derail installation of smart meters by employing Notice of Liability to key officials. He has been very successful. A good tool to know about.https://rumble.com/vr59qw-inpower-episode-1-a-mass-action-of-liability-cal-washington.html

- From Charles Frohman with the National Health Federation - and Virginia resident: Substack presentation of Moday's Virginia smart meter vote: https://charlesdfrohman.substack.com/ Senators in the Labor and Commerce Committee voted against it 14-1 and all are getting money from the biggest energy corporation in Virginia.
- Valeria Johnson share research on 'smart' meters, that produced a 2012 Congressional Researh Service 48-page document titled: Smart Meter Data:
Privacy and Cybersecurity. (attached)
- Kirstin Beatty Shared a PRIVACY AND SECURITY TIP:
- "So as far as shadow banning, I want to provide some guidance to people that I need to take as well. Major social media platforms have adopted HTTP3, which I learned can identify people very well, and it looks, as I understand it, very possible that data can be changed more easily with Http3. If http3 is removed, then it may cause problems as far as access to some sites, if they don't allow otherwise - though. Also, Google Chrome browser is a security
and privacy disaster in part as the copy/paste function is open to anything and Google won't limit this so as to make ad dollars. So here is a tip: get another 2 browsers, one being Librewolf, which has some privacy protections and is a Firefox browser, and remove http3 this way: On Firefox browser http-3 may be overridden on the about: config page by setting network.http.http3.enabled to false."
