1) Petra Brokken with Safe Tech Minnesota spoke about the amicus brief filed by Children's Health Defense (CHD) on Wednesday, Sept 15, in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court against the smart meter mandate. Unfortunately, the first speaker, Petra Brokken was not captured on video. However, Odette did a quick recap and we started the video recording at the Q&A portion.
A discussion ensued during Q&A in which Petra asserted that the FCC admitted in a 2019 order that frequencies up to 10 MHz cause neurological harm. While these frequencies are lower than the 5G bandwidth, they are associated with the smart meter switch mode power supply, and is still considered an admission.
Here is the information for the FCC admission. Please see the FCC Notice of Inquiry Docket number 19-126, December 4, 2019, Footnote 328: https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/FCC-19-126A1.pdf#page=56
