There is an update to the submission. We've had to slightly revise the submission b/c the rule allowing Wi-Fi on school buses has already just been issued. What we are opposing now is placing Wi-Fi for school buses on the list of eligible services for 2024 under the E-Rate program. Otherwise, the submission is nearly the same. See attached for the near final version. We are
debating whether to leave in App A which related to a proposed ruling which now has been finalized. App A as originally filed has already been posted to the FCC docket, so the FCC already has it, although much of the information is still relevant for the current request for comments.
Many have asked to do their own submissions, and we would like to encourage you to do so, even if you have joined as a co-signer on our FCC submission. You can go to
