This is a draft submission to the FCC regarding their proposed net neutrality rule that would classify broadband with phone service and therefore further preempt local authority. We filed initial comments with sign-ons in December. Those comments should be on the National Call website shortly. This submission is our reply to comments by other entities in
the FCC docket, including the CTIA, Nokia, etc.
