We just received notice that the White House and the Dept of Justice are holding a webinar on the new DOJ rule on broadband access to the disabled under the Americans with Disabilities Act, today, Wed, April 17, 2024 at 3pm.
The flyer states: On April 8, the U.S. Department of Justice released the text of the final Rule: “Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability; Accessibility of Web Information and Services of State and Local Government Entities” for ADA Title II.” Learn from White House and U.S. Department of Justice representatives
about the obligations of state and local governments, the standards set in the rule, and the importance of digital accessibility to people’s daily lives.
