The U.S. Access Board is seeking public comment on their proposed rules to make electric vehicle (EV) charging stations accessible to the disabled.

The recommendations include technical information on how to make EV charging stations accessible to those disabled from RF radiation, and that the charging stations should be located a large distance from homes, businesses, schools, etc.

Much of the Addenda has been lifted from our submission to the DOJ in 2024, which can be found on thenationalcall.org/resources.
