The FCC has failed to re-examine its outdated 1996 wireless limits for human exposure, now three years after a federal appellate court ruled against the FCC on its failure to justify its limits in light of the 11,000 pages of scientific studies showing harm, and remanded the case back to the FCC.

To hold the FCC accountable to comply with the court remand order, we have contacted your state Attorney General to alert them of this failure, and that this failure is placing residents in your state at risk. That is the first round of communication.

Now it’s your turn to tell your story to your state Attorney General – of injury, how others have gotten injured, efforts to oppose the unconstrained and irresponsible deployment of wireless infrastructure – cell towers, antennas, smart meters, etc. – and evacuation from one’s home, decrease in property values, cell tower fires, etc.   Please forward this request to anyone else who has had similar experiences.

Send us your story, and we will include it in the second round of communication with your state Attorney General.  We will send your story, along with other stories from your state, to your Attorney General to give them concrete evidence of injury in their state.

We will then ask your Attorney General to join with other state Attorneys General in a letter to the FCC to comply with the court order.
