Hi , Happy New Year to you and our entire Safe Tech community! As we cast light on the year soon ending, there’s one topic that dominates our thoughts: Growth! We have moved forward with great momentum increasing our members, collaborations and the recognition of the dangers of wireless radiation. You have diligently helped to educate your elected officials to support us in protecting our right to safe technology for our
families, farmers, natural resources and wildlife. We have countered the wireless industry’s false information to our lawmakers. You serve in the critical role of Safe Technology Ambassador. Every conversation, every email, every petition, every Zoom meeting and every letter has contributed to a greater understanding of why it matters to protect our right to be safe within our homes, to move freely and safely within our
communities. These communications all make a difference. This would not have happened without your participation, and for that we are truly grateful. We measure our successes in increments. With many wins in 2024 we now know that our focus and vigilance are bringing our issues to the forefront. Here are some highlights of our accomplishments this year:

- Nine submissions to federal agencies representing the needs of those with EMR-S: FCC, WHEJAC, NEJAC, DOJ, EPA, White House
Office on Science and Technology, NTIA, US Access Board (26 submissions in just over 2-1/2 years)
- Six letters to U.S. Congressional and Senate Committees: House Energy & Commerce Subcom on Communications & Tech, Senate Commerce, Science & Transportation, Senate Armed Services, Senate Energy & Natural Resources (compliments of S.Foster)
- Contacted all U.S. Attorneys General on FCC's non-compliance with the 2021
court order
- About 125 meetings in 2024 of the National Call for Safe Technology, EMR-S Committee, Federal Bills Committee
More specific on the highlights: - Over 100 meetings with the offices of US Reps and Senators on the federal telecom bills, important in establishing communication channels as most are hearing about the wireless hazards
for the first time; several have been responsive and we are working with them to stop or revise those bills

accommodation to submit to federal, state and local agencies
- About 50 meetings of the Federal Bills Committee, keeping on top of the bills, if being incorporated into must pass bills, and submitting letters to federal committees
- Having representation at the FCC's Communications Equity and Diversity Council (CEDC), as Odette was appointed by the FCC Chair to sit on a working group of the CEDC
