As you may know, Robert F. Kennedy's confirmation hearing to head up Health and Human Services is set for Wednesday and Thursday of this week.  RFK is the only person who could represent our interests, as he won the 2021 case against the FCC's refusal to update their limits.  As HHS head, he may be the only person to compel the FCC to finally comply with the court order.

 

We're sending you a personal message for Massachusetts because Senator Elizabeth Warren is hellbent to derail the confirmation.  See her letter to RFK and her website.  

 

If you feel that RFK should be supported, you may want to make some personal calls to Sen. Warren, as well as Sen. Markey, that you support his confirmation, and they should, as well.  Not necessary to mention the case against the FCC, just that RFK is the best person for the job.
