Here are comments to be submitted to the U.S. Dept. of Energy that wants to eliminate their regulations on making new construction and existing facilities accessible for the disabled.  We just learned about this last week, and I reported on it at last Friday's National Call meeting.

 

This is a near final draft with more edits being done, but the content will be generally the same.

 

Here are the two notices proposing to rescind their regulations:
