There is a long list of federal agencies to cut back on environmental protections under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), including Department of Interior, Department of Transportation, Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Army Corp of Engineers, Department of Energy, Department of Commerce, NOAA, and more. 

 

Earth Justice has drafted a comment letter where you can sign on. Here's the link:  Comment Letter by July 31, 8pm ET.  The National Call has signed on to this letter.

 

Separately, The National Call will be submitting comments to the Dept of Interior by Aug 4th and may include other agencies.
