As more federal agencies are trying to deregulate and the FCC trying to deploy more wireless spectrum, we find ourselves having to respond about every week or two to a new set of requests for public comment.
That does not give us much time to draft or give you much notice to join in the filings. So thank you for your patience and
understanding, and joining the submissions even on short notice.
To give you a heads up, there are three filings due from now until 10-3-25:
Having organizations and individuals on our permanent sign-on list makes filing our responses easier and quicker.
Here is a list of our permanent sign-on list organized by
state. Please confirm that you're on the list if you asked to be included.
As you can see, for a number of states, we don't have permanent sign-ons, except provisionally. We'd like to have a strong showing for as many states as possible.
