By popular demand from the last National Call meeting, we have invited the firm, Spectrum Cellular Management (SCM), to present at the next National Call on how they are holding telecoms accountable for exceeding emission limits, lack of shielding, neglecting the designation of hazardous zones, etc.  

 

SCM represents landlords and has been successful in shifting liability back to the telecoms. SCM is expanding its efforts to represent entire cities.
