Yes, here's yet another set of comments to submit to the FCC by midnight tonight, for your review. This is our third filing in just over 2 weeks. We will also be filing Reply Comments in two weeks related to this filing.
The CTIA (The Wireless Assocation) has petitioned the FCC to further diminish the applicability
of the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act to cell tower installations.
This is a draft and still requires substantial edits, but the content will be generally the same.
