The 28 bad bills did pass out of the Comm & Tech Subcommittee.  They now go to the Energy & Commerce Committee for a vote.  Most were grouped into HR 2289 and will take away your local control of when and where to place cell towers. This can be voted on by Congress very soon; our only chance is to act now.
