object. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) notified the site developer for the Link5G towers, CityBridge, that towers, whether installed or proposed, must undergo historical preservation review under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation
Act. To be part of that review, you must apply for consulting party status now; otherwise, you may lose the opportunity to be part of the decision-making process on the siting of
these towers in or near historic districts or in front of or near individual landmarks. The process also includes structures “eligible” for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. An historic preservation specialist working with CityBridge will discuss the procedure for participating. You’ll also hear from organizations that have applied for consulting party status.
