Since our regular Tuesday meeting falls on July 4th, I’m rescheduling for Wed, July 5th, 2-3:30pm. Hope you can make it. We will do a recap of the Town Hall with CityBridge from June 28,
2023, and will discuss successful approaches to the review.

CityBridge will be providing a final procedural and instruction document to guide everyone through this Sec 106 review process, and that it may be ready as early as the end of this week. As soon as we
get it, we’ll distribute to you.

Listed below is the basic procedure. During our meeting, we will be reviewing the procedure in greater detail.
First, to apply as a consulting party, Send email to:

Second, once you receive a letter from CityBridge’s consultant that accepts you as a consulting party, these would be helpful in
preparing your comments/submission. The following may list your historic district / landmark and may provide the rationale for their status:

Note: a consulting party has 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the packet from the consultant which should include their
analysis of the district / landmark.
Third, your submission under Section 106 should be sent to your consultant (who should be uploading it to the FCC's portal (E-106 system) AND copied to the following two people at SHPO (it's important they they receive it at the same time you
send it to the consultant):
