The press conference / rally will be today at 11am on Broadway and Murray St.

Here are talking points/issues that can give you ideas for testimony later today. 

There is an outline of the issues where you can easily find the area on which you may want to testify.  The paragraphs that follow each issue should be able to be addressed within the two minute limit; otherwise, you can shorten the text. 

Compliments of Environmental Health Trust, there is an Appendix A which relates to energy consumption. Especially since NYC and NYS are focusing on carbon neutrality, we can show how 5G and its ecosystem will be using exponentially more energy than its predecessors.

If you decide to submit written testimony, please do send us a copy since it may or may not be publicly available or may be difficult to find on NYC’s website.
