            1. Follow up on Section 106 review and any updates  

2. Upcoming educational outreach -- community board meetings and presentations in September - MCB3, MCB7, MCB12, BkCB5, BxCB2, BxCB5, SICB1, SICB3 (see attached list of Equity Districts getting the most 5G
towers)

3. IMPORTANT - Federal bills that threaten our local control over wireless placement. Of the 90+ federal bills, just over 50 are of concern to us.  About 11-12 bills are being fast tracked through the US House and Senate.  They include HR3557, that will prohibit moratoria, and,
along with HR4141, virtually eliminate environmental and historic preservation review, the very kinds of review that are now underway in NYC by the site developer for the 5G towers.  This is an unprecedented consolidation of federal power in favor of the wireless industry.
                                                                        

These bills run against the tide of opposition in NYC and the rest of the country and is meant to silence our voices.
