Sixteen community boards from a wide cross-section of NYC have disapproved or called for a moratorium in their districts. That's about 2 million NYC residents. The message is clear: We Do Not Need 5G Cell Towers and Do Not Want Them If testifying in person, sign up to testify upon arrival. Bring: - photo ID
